About me and my journey
My story really starts at 16 when I left home to move into a small flat with the man who was to become my first husband.
Being ambitious and headstrong I continued forward to complete my A-levels, but I then rejected a university offer to go into the working world and pursue my corporate career in finance.
After 10 years, multiple house moves, a difficult marriage and extensive studying outside of working hours, I earned my accountancy qualification and honours degree.
However, the long hours, commuting and emotional challenges took a toll on my well-being and marriage, prompting me to make a change.
At 29, I made the difficult decision to leave my husband and move back in with my parents. I was then able to regain my independence and find my footing once again. A few years on, I found my own place to call home, changed my career from Finance to IT and met an incredible partner.
Changing to the IT team allowed me to manage major projects, travel abroad and connect with remarkable individuals. Most importantly, this experience helped me discover my passion for training and guiding others to success in their own careers.
Then struck the pandemic! Our team of over 50 had to adjust to working from home rather than in our bustling office.
With many being furloughed and an overall sense of uncertainty, it was a challenging time for everyone. Personally, I found it difficult to stay motivated without the usual interaction and support from my colleagues. However, as a Department Manager, it was my responsibility to lead the team through the turbulent time. To keep pushing forward, to dig deep and find ways to keep us all connected and productive.
Upon realising the need for change, I turned to coaching.

My personal experiences, corporate background, and passion for helping others all came together to make a positive impact, seeing my team through one of the most challenging times we’d experienced and subsequently, in early 2023, I obtained my certification as an ICF-accredited Certified Life Coach.
Over the last 20 years, I have relentlessly confronted personal battles and dedicated myself to being the best leader, colleague and version of myself that I can be. Through this journey, I have amassed a wealth of precious experience in surmounting obstacles, both professionally and in my personal life.
I am authentic, empathetic, resilient, and a great listener. But mostly, I am passionate about everyone feeling confident in themselves and passionate about what they do.
So now I support individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, suffer self-doubt or feel undervalued.
I am here to help you find the motivation, empowerment, and inspiration you need to unlock your full potential. To make those positive changes you desire and to achieve your goals.

I believe you can succeed and I can help you get there.
